How to filter by or get list of active item's country of origin entered as item specifics?

Is there any way to filter or download *all* my active listings by country of origin/manufacture?

I can download exactly what I am looking for but only for about 65% of listings that have 'missing or required item specifics' on the Manage Active Listings page, using the 'download' button.  However I can't find a way to search by or get a listing of my entire active listings by manufacture locations?

I found I can filter by searching various country names on profile/store page.

It matches the item specifics, but also descriptions with the searched country come up too but in most cases this does what I was trying to do without starting a software trial for third party tools.
