I Need to Re-Print my Shipping Label

Hello,

Just had a sale today and I need to re-print my shipping label. I chose 4x6 but when I went to print it the preview showed me the big label. I don't know how to re-print it with the correct size without ebay wanting to charge me for another label. Please help ! Thanks.

You should be able to go to the email they send "Your Shipping Label is Ready" and there is a blue button "Reprint Label", you should be able to print it there. If you adjusted the size specifications on your printer it should work. I've reprinted labels when my ink was too low, I got paper jams, etc. and your not charged again if it's from the same transaction label. Until you've used it/mailed it out (got it scanned) they should allow you to print it again since errors can happen, that's why the Reprint Label button is in the email.

In case anyone else runs into this, I've found the easiest way is to open it in a photo editor that supports PDFs and crop / resize it there.
