I listed an item for sale over 1 week ago and it still doesn't show up on a search exact item #

Trying to sell some fairly expensive artwork on eBay, listed almost 1 week ago and it still doesn't show up on a search using the exact description or even the exact item number. I can't actually speak to a human or  get any answers from chat bots. Can anyone help?

Is it the adult only item? If so, you have it set to only be available in the USA. If you try to view it from other sites it won't show up.

Assuming you are in Canada (these are the eBay Canada boards), you should also note that there could be restrictions on shipping adult items, both domestically and internationally.
