I haven't sold 50 items in one month yet, why am I getting an invoice for 1 item sold Under $200.?

Are you thinking the first 50 items per month are free?
You get to list up 50 items for free per month (subject to selling limits). However, that "free" only means you are not be charged the basic listing fee.
If the item sells you will be charged a Final-Value-Fee (FVF) -- for an individual that would be 10% of the sale plus GST/HST/QST (depending where you are).
Invoices for ebay sellers are generated monthly regardless of how many items were sold or left unsold.
You are also charged for any options (mostly useless) like Designer, Reserve, Bold etc. These fees apply whether the item sells or not.
