Personalization in Canada

Hello,

I created a listing on ebay.com and enable personalization (everything is perfect on this side of things). When I go to ebay.ca and search for my item, the personalization feature is missing and not showing. Anyway to fix this?

You could run into some problems using copyrighted names such as Pokemon since the items are not made by that company.  I am guessing that others also use it but it really isn't allowed and your listing can get removed and you can get suspended from ebay.

The personalization feature must be fairly new as I haven't noticed it before.  Perhaps it isn't available on .ca yet.  Normally features that show up on a listing do show on both sites so I'll ask Tyler about it.

These items and others show the new personalization feature when you look on .com but not on .ca. Is this something that they haven't rolled out yet on .ca?  If that's the case, any idea when it will be on .ca?

EBay does tell us that it can take up to 24 hours for any listing to "index" and upload.

But that should happen on both sites roughly simultaeneously.

(Oh wow! I spelled simultaeneously correctly first time!)

Is this the "creeper" one? Because I see it on dotCA.  Perhaps it was just a delay.

BTW- you can have a No Returns policy but you should know you can't have a No Refunds policy. Just so you are aware. Even with a No Returns policy, you can demand return before refund although you will likely be paying for the return shipping.
