im new to this(selling on ebay) and i have received 2 offers thus far and 1 account seems to have vanished. they both offered the same amount and to buy the same amount of items. also there is no contact after wanting to purchase and me accepting the offer ? not sure what my options are as a seller. any info me is appreciated .

Do you have your Managed Payments account set up yet?
EBay needs your SIN and confirming ID, as well as your chequing account information to transfer your customer payments to your bank.
Which - as a new seller- will be after the 30 day Hold on such payments expires.
Until you've been selling for 90 days and sold 25 items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or in 30 days if there's no tracking. They can hold the payment for the full 30 days if you're selling in a high risk category.
You can use the Held funds to buy eBay shipping labels. There are discounts on these of up to 53% from counter rates.
