Hi  need some   HELP .....  why some of my ads ( 5 ) do NOT calculate shipping for buyers yet I have defined as always , i have entered the weight, dimensions and chose the option delivery such as post canada defined

but still impossible NO cost for shipments of my products

Your shipping for Canada shows just fine.

There is a known disconnect between Canada Post and USPS measurements for Small Packet/ Expedited etc.

Try adding a centimeter to one of your dimensions then use Review to see if the shipping works then.

Personally, I wouldn't give more than one rate for shipping. In my opinion, your buyer will choose the cheapest but expect the fastest.

But that is not your question.

Aaaaaand- I was looking at a book, while your bulb and tuber customer may want faster shipping on those.

I see International and Canada but not USA

DO NOT use International parcel surface -- it takes too long to arrive in most parts of the world and you will lose Item-Not-Received claim filed by a buyer.
