This is eBay's site, eBay's rules & policies. Restrictions are in place for ALL new sellers, ALL sellers returning to selling after a lengthy absence, ALL infrequent/occasional sellers....Play by the rules, list & sell to build up a reputable selling practice, then eBay will lift those restrictions when you have become more established.
