Safari’s spinning wheel has halted progress to add a “bank” to receive eBay payouts.

eBay has asked me to choose a bank from the options in "payouts. " No matter what bank I choose, the spinning Beachball haunts the progress. It does not vanish. eBay's  page stops activating. Everything up to the Point of the spinning ball appearing has worked fine.

Can somebody please advise me why the ball is spinning and how I can resolve the issue. I use an iPad and have emptied it's "cache and history." Still no success.

Load a different one like Firefox or Chrome?

I'm such a technodolt I don't even know what the things that find stuff on the internet are called, but I had to ditch Safari for eBay because it just would not work for me.

I use Firefox instead.

BTW- do you have access to a desktop computer? While for financial stuff the public library is probably not a good choice, perhaps a friend or a relative could help out?
