Selling Limits

My account currently has very low selling limits (only a few items per month). Is this normal for new accounts? Any tips on how to request an increase effectively

You have been an eBay member for 2 weeks and you are in Brazil? Yes, indeed seling limits prevail until eBay is satisfied that you have earned trustworthiness on eBay and have successfully completed a sufficient number of transactions. I don't see any listings and I don't see any sales and I don't see any feedback, so you have work to do to earn any increase in your selling limits.

Normal for new sellers to have monthly limits (# of items/value of items listed).
