Shipping to US, UPS Label - but No Customs label print out

I am sending an item from Canada to the US. I have purchased UPS label from eBay, but there is only a shipping label (no customs label).
Is that normal? no separate document is required?

If you entered the customs info it's "more than likely" embedded into the QR code that displays when it prints. Attached is the procedure for creating labels. Unsure if it varies from the normal procedure and what happens with eBay labels as I don't use. Remember to sign. It would be nice if it did display so you can verify what you are signing.

In checking with someone that uses Net Parcel UPS labels display same way when they print. Missing a view of customs info.
