Hey there. I haven't been on here for awhile. I finally decided to sell a few items and listed a few today. I sold a Masterpiece doll within minutes of listing it. In trying to find the buyers address I have noticed that the phone number wasn't provided. When using the online customs forms, a phone number is needed or the form won't go through. Every time I do an advanced search to find buyer information I am told " this feature has been deprecated" What!!! What does that mean? I know I can send the doll if I fill out the forms at the post office with out the phone number but it is much easier to fill out the forms online and print them up. With out a phone number this isn't possible.

I also have sold a few items to customers in the USA lately that don't have their numbers listed either on ebay or paypal. Paypal requires this to make cross border shipping labels but does not make it a mandatory requirement for paypal users. Not only is it nicer to be able to make shipping labels from home, it saves time at the post office and saves money for the seller in the form of Canada Post rebates.
I have written to paypal customer service about this and they said they would consider the suggestion. I'm not keeping my fingers crossed...
