Where are the shipping options?

When I created this listing a few days ago there was a third option that allowed me to let ebay set the price of the shipping according to the customer's location, now it's gone and I can only set a flat fee or pay it myself? The text reads "The shipping cost is calculated based on the buyer's location" still at the top of the tab but as you can see from the first screenshot that's not an option anymore.  I also cannot see any estimates for any of the shipping options when I could also see that before.

Help please I literally cannot modify any of my listings right now since it just forces me to change the shipping method to these new, limited options and I don't want to do that!

There are two types of shipping.

You seem to be stuck in Flat Rate Shipping.

You need Calculated Shipping.

Are you trying to list on a phone?  That does not work well because it oversimplifies and hides some options.

Use a desktop, or a laptop and you should be able to see  the other options.

Is it possible you have accidentally made a Flat Rate template?

Did you start by instructing the form to Sell Similar from a listing where you used Flat Rate because it was appropriate.

Take your time.

There is a steep learning curve.

Have you registered for Managed Payments.

You need a chequing account with a Canadian bank. You will likely be asked for secondary proof of identity.

I used my passport. DH used his driving license.

Without Managed Payments eBay cannot transfer money to your chequing account.

And in any case, your buyer's payment will be Held against your good performance for 30 days.

You can however, use the Held funds to buy discounted shipping labels.

Do you have a Canada Post Solutions for Small Business number? You need that too.

Listing is the easy part.

The shipping section on the listing page that I see does not look like that so I'm not sure if you are using a different listing page than I am or what is going on.   I tried to find a page that looked like your screenshot but was unable to.    How are you getting to that page?
