The option is called Calculated Shipping.
You have to give the dimensions and weight of the item as well as the service you have chosen. After that the program gives the customer the cost of shipping based on his postal/zip code.
Two tips.
Use metric measurements. Canada Post went metric in 1974 and any other measurements will be inaccurate.
You are allowed to add a handling charge. Bubblewrap ain't free. The handling charge will not be broken out in the cost. (ie If Canada Post is charging you $10 and you need $2 to cover the cost of packaging, your buyer will see the cost of Calculated Shipping as $12. )
