my ebay account payment option is holding. please can i fix it?

You are in Sri Lanka.

You need a business license from your government to sell on eBay.

You cannot use a Paypal account to receive payments in Sri Lanka.

You will need a Payoneer account instead.

Payoneer is not available in Canada and no one here can help you with that.

As a new seller, funds from any of your sales are temporarily held as per eBay's Payment Hold Policy. 

Once you are a more experienced seller, eBay will no longer hold your funds.
