i was told my sales were reset the day i got my limit increased  and it wasnt done  i need my prior sales reset to be able to relist my items at the proper reserve price

You might do better with that necklace if you include an appraisal from a gemologist or the like. You might also reconsider having a $1300 price "before taxes" in the description since your asking price is $2000.

You cannot charge taxes unless you are registered to remit taxes. Revenue Canada gets testy about that.
