never got the 2 microdeposits

I have to try verifying my bank info for selling items, but I never got the two microdeposits. I live in Canada.

My account is a chequing account.

The microdeposits never seemed to work very well, but usually because the amounts didn't match due to currency changes.

Unless you have a Tangerine account, which doesn't work very well either, try using ID. I used my passport and DH his driving license. We are never required to use our SIN, but we can voluntarily use it.
