On the Sell Your Item form when you get to Shipping-> Shipping Method open the dropdown menu and choose-> Local Pickup Only.
You can be sure that only Canadian buyers can see your listing by going to Excluded Locations-> and choosing almost everything except Canada. Those customers will not even see your listing.
You will also need a Managed Payments account which allows eBay to transfer your earnings to a checking account in a Canadian bank.
And as a new seller, your payments will be Held for up to 30 days against your customer service.
Protip- use Fixed Price/Immediate Payment Required. At this time of year, you will get impulse buyers and auctions will not work for those.
