why is us shipping only listed on ebay canada?

If I cannot have item shipped to canada than why is is listed on ebay canada?

you can filter out the seller's that won't ship to Canada, but seller's items are shown on both sites,, whether they list on ebay.ca, or ebay.com..

Unless your where on the .com site, you shouldn't be seeing items that won't ship to Canada..
