I have a product which I have obtained licensing permission from NFL and
NHL, I have some prototypes made, but cost is to high in Canada to
produce, so I want to find someone off shore to produce it, where do I

I am a little off subject here, but a couple of years ago I was selling
a lot of hockey equipment to the USA, went to do my income tax and filed
a claim for all the gst I PAID, on the hockey equipment and got a GST
refund of 3000.00
