I thought that you were to make money on the product not the shipping and yet two sites that have interesting stuff have real inflated shipping rates. Is that ebay legal?

The customer store is not showing other listings if you go other items. It is doubly annoying that they won't take queries or deal in Canada since this glitch in their system has probably cost them come good Christmas selling.
