Thanks for the feedback! I think I'll do just that i.e. ask him to return the item. He's been picking on some issues with the jewel case being broken even though I've posted a photo of the case in my listing, with the item in “Good” condition meaning...

This is what I did. I send a PayPal invoice for the extra cost and let the buyer decide if he wants it or not. If he pays by 4 pm today, I send XpressPost and if not, I'll ship as the listing says.
