I'm surprised there aren't more topics on the boards regarding the fact that Paypal may hold your funds for 21 days. That is almost unbelievable to me that they can do that. I'm sure it wouldn't be legal in Canada.

I had a buyer from the US tell me her payment was returned because she didn't use capital letters on the envelope. Her postman said it was a Canada rule. Has anybody had this happen?
