unable to rate good seller due to item not showing up in my ebay.

database screwed up ?

transaction not showing in My eBay, paid and seller is shipping with tracking. The server hicuped and left me to double pay the seller,

the seller refunded me the overpayment via paypal, Still wonder why the sever has no record of the sale ?

Do you think we could cancel the transation?

  i have no way to cancel since paypal transaction is allready done.
