Everything is owned and created in United States put the printing is outsourced to a Canadian Company. The printed product is then shipped back to U.S. and then sent back into Canada to sell.

How do I now go about giving a refund for combined shipping overpayment. A buyer purchased two items and was charged the full shipping on both items but I offer combined shipping for the same cost which they did not receive at time of purchase.

I have to go back in and add the pictures even though they are already there in the original files. This happens to about 5 in every 50 listings I try to upload.
