I’d like to add to the other responses you’ve received: I’m assuming the
buyer messaged you using eBay. Contact eBay support and let them know of
the buyer’s unacceptable behaviour towards you. Name calling and telling
you to go kill yourself is hara...
After talking with someone from ebay, I decided that the easiest way to
resolve this was to file a cancel transaction request and refund the
buyer their money. The final value fees will be refunded to me.
