Item broke during shipping. What now?

A buyer has informed me that the item I shipped her arrived broken. What happens now?

Hi beeba .. you are responsible for getting the item to buyer in the condition purchased.

Could ask if buyer would forward a picture,

Buyer can file a not as described with PayPal to recover payment if you do not refund.

Canada Post state that they do not cover damage for glass/ceramic.

After talking with someone from ebay, I decided that the easiest way to resolve this was to file a cancel transaction request and refund the buyer their money. The final value fees will be refunded to me.
