How do I list these items, especially with regards to shipping, etc? Is
it a US listing, a CAD one, one for both? Can I somehow state that it
ships to both the US and CAD? Can't seem to find these options. All help
is appreciated.

The whole point is that if it's a US customer, IT SHIPS FROM THE US from
a warehouse there. Via US post. NOT Canada post. That's thw whole point.
Is there a way to say that the item ships to / from NORTH AMERICA?
