Received a reply from "ebaybucksteam@ebay.com", after asking a few
specific questions. It was a form letter stating their "Updates to the
eBay User Agreement", nothing addressing my concerns. ie: "We don't
care". Eat That Canada!!
I liked the eBay bucks, as they helped offset the PayPal% fee. I think
this is very unfair that they are singling out Canadians. I emailed them
& asked if I changed my registration to a US address (PO box across the
line) , could I still get the eBay...
Posting this yet again; The UPS delivery guy stopped by yesterday &
wanted $38.50 COD brokerage fee, I told him I would stop by the
distribution center (today) & pay Canada customs & pick it up myself.
