If an "OBO" item is highlighted as "FREE SHIPPING" within the US, and the offer is accepted, does the free shipping not apply to the accepted price? TIA.

No, this is NOT about shipping to Canada. It is about free shipping within the US on an OBO listing. Shipping address IS a US address.Thx.
