Printed the Paypal shipping label. Package is ready to ship I am just waiting on final payment. When I printed the label it updated the status to 'item shipped'. It has not been shipped yet, (just the label printed) how do I switch the status back?

* I worded that sentence wrong * I never received any money from the buyer, who now has an unpaid claim against them. I am out the cost of the shipping which I had to pay for to print the label. (oh well, live and learn)

I don't see how I violated any policies. I posted the listing as a Buy Now with the option of Best Offer (as I was allowed when I posted the ad). I had already turned down one offer that was double what this buyer offered me,

I tried clicking on the shipped icon, and it didn't do anything.I did message the buyer (who has not paid yet) and told them that even though it says the item was shipped I won't drop it off with the postal outlet until payment is made.
