did you know that EBAY will hold your $ if ther is a spike in your 30 day DSR stars feedback & you do not have access to see the 30 day DSR

I have bin selling on EBAY for 4 years 99.6% feedback on 2456 items my DSR detailed stars all are 4.80 out of 5.0 in 12mth & i am a powerseller to i have 5 negs and 4 netrals in 12mths. My DSR in 30 days spiked my item not described star fall to 4.6 ...
