I won a bid on an article from India. I paid $32 CAN for shipping. It
was delivered promptly about a week ago. I just got a bill from Fed Ex
for $18. This is not the first time this has happened.
thanks for the help. This only happens with Fed Ex. Customs plus this
and that and all the above taxed. I think that it has to do with
shipping to the U.S. first. BTW what`s with the outrageous shipping
charges from the U.S.?
