I do sales and buying here on EBay and on other sites and the only ones
that largely turn down international business are the American Sellers.
I would like to understand why.
Once a seller is in the program that is the only way they can ship. When
payment is made they are only given the address of the clearing house
and not the address of the buyer.
I am assuming that DSR means Did not ship ratings. I am talking packages
that are tracked and insured. My buying and selling is hundreds if not a
couple of thousand dollar items. I do not refuse any sales for location.
I totally agree. The problem is the system does not give the buyer the
choice, the fees are added in for payment up front for the item to show
