If a customer returns an item, my policy is I refund the price of the
item, but not the shipping cost. I don't know how to get refund from
Ebay for fees charged on the returned item. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I am having same problem, they can't seem to verify my bank account, it
has been going on for a month now, listings shut down, and they owe me
money that is sitting in limbo. I can't seem to get matter resolved.
