and was very happy with the price I won at and paid right away. But the
seller is not happy and cancelled and refunded my order saying that he
was offered a higher price. So while...
I am trying to set a different flat rate based on the buyers country.
For example I want to charge $3 for shipping to a Canadian destination
and $4 for a US destination. How can I set that up in my listing?
How can I delete my feedback I gave to a seller? I accidentally provided
feedback, but I haven't received my purchase yet. I just want to make
sure I get the item first, then I'll leave the feedback.
