When you have a 10 cents listing on .ca only ... just click that you sell worldwide and it will appear on .com anyway. And list your item for 3 or 5 days, then, you will have more buyers than for 7 days where everything end at the same time.

I think you will have to enter another credit card number too.

I think it is more important to have a high feedback then the powerseller status for buyers.
