I've read that they cannot be sold in the US, because some states
require a prescription for them. Am I allowed to list them on ebay.ca

I'm having the same thing happen to me. Before, I'd have a drop down
menu to select shipping, payment, and return policies. Now I'm asked to
input this each time I list, I can't just select a pre-made one. I can't
find any link to the business polici...
Was this problem ever sorted out? I'm having a similar issue in which
some items show as "Free Shipping" or a lower price in My Ebay than in
the listing.
