ebay is still a great place for good deals, but between being informed
of the system hack ebay suffered, 2-3 months after the fact, and this
seller, that I'm apparently not allowed to share the name of, my opinion
of ebay's security regulations is se...
i used my visa debit card through paypal. not really sure if it works
100% the same as a credit card as funds are withdrawn directly from my
bank account. i still have the payment confirmation email from paypal
though.
