Seems there's a seller that has falsely accused me of not paying for an item that I have never even looked at. It's not even in my history list of purchases or bids.He has opened a non payment claim against me....how do I contact ebay to set this str...

I had set-up an item to sell on Ebay.ca and also set up the shipping calculator with all the information needed. My poatal code...item dimensions...international shipping option...shipping method...but yet customers that are interested are msg'ing me...
