I bought an item 10 days ago but the seller cancelled it. The refund was
supposed to be automatic, but it's still haven't been done. Now the
cancellation case was closed now and refund is still not here, what can
I do?
But on ebay's help page it says "If the buyer paid with PayPal:The
buyer's PayPal account is automatically refunded. We then either ask
PayPal to remove the refund amount from your PayPal account, place the
amount on your seller invoice or charge you...
