Update - Open a USD dollar account at your bank. Go to the MP flow, pick
USD payments, then you can link your account, the setup even picked the
US account none of the others

Thanks for the info. I was aware that sellers can modify the listing to
opt out, however, it is just too complicated for most sellers to figure
it this out, OR they are just to busy to take the time to do it (like
me), OR are suspicious to modify it ...
