I have a fairly high value item being returned by a customer from US via
UPS. I have an idea of what this would cost if it was a purchase, UPS is
telling me that even though it's a commercial return I still need to pay
it just like if it was a purcha...

I had a package going out via UPS internationally worth over $2000 CAD
and it got flagged by Canadian Border Services. I'm now required to have
"exporter" added to my CRA business account, which I did ove the phone,
and to sign up for canadian border...
For those selling on eBay.com how accurate are your delivery estimate
dates? I'm getting annoyed at how wrong they are for me. My listings are
set to same day handling/shipping with UPS 3-Day shipping. All my orders
to US get delivered in 2 business ...
So payouts are not made the same day as a sale. If I have a sale on Dec
31 2021 but the payout doesn't hit my bank till Jan 2nd 2022 am I
including this in the '21 tax year reporting or does it get pushed to
'22 year?
They probably combine shipping to this area for many packages using DHL.
Then they use the local uniuni delivery people to deliver the individual
packages.
The time in tracking is local time. There's a 12 hour difference between
Ohio and China. So what you think was 5 hour transit time from China to
Ohio was actually 17 hours.

FedEx does the sneaky mailed invoice, they are getting better now,
sometimes I get notification on the tracking page to pay prior to
delivery. If you open a website account with them they can charge your
cc automatically based on the delivery address...
