I had a package going out via UPS internationally worth over $2000 CAD and it got flagged by Canadian Border Services. I'm now required to have "exporter" added to my CRA business account, which I did ove the phone, and to sign up for canadian border services exporting account which requires filling out BSF831 form which I have no clue how to fill out. It's asking for customs information I don't know anything about. All my customs experience is from just filling out the usual courier customs details but that form is asking things I have no idea about.
Has anyone had to deal with this before that can point me in the right direction?
