I have sold less than $700 on eBay.ca and do not need to charge sales
tax under Canadian tax laws.I have my tax fields blank for all
provinces/territories, but my sales have resulted in the purchasers
being charged tax.Why is this happening?

table = NOWhen I try to list a sale the Sales Tax area is there, with
the provinces filled in. I cannot complete a listing without a
province/and percentage filled in.
I just tried another new listing and see that I cannot list without a
number/province showing. If I leave it blank I can't list - it says
percent is too low...
