Crazy—it's suddenly working here. Still says SUPPORT, not HELP, but now
it brings up chat options as you show, not just an "email" form.
Well...I'll try them again with my next sale.
Do you have a paid plan? Cuz your screen is different from mine. I have
a SUPPORT button (no HELP) that lets me send a message. No "AI
Assistant"... And no chat.
