We just had our first encounter with the tariffs. We ship around 25
items/week to US. A buyer gave us a neutral feedback because he hadn't
recieved his item (of course before even corresponding with us). Turns
out that the item is being held in Detro...
It appears this is no longer with free shipping, the cost of shipping
what was once free is like $35!Am I surprised? Not really, we pay so
many fee plus store fees and this is supposed to be a perk but now it
isn't.
