Payment owing but item returned/cancelled transaction

Hi there, A buyer returned an item to me and I have refunded them their money and cancelled the transaction, but it's still showing that she owes for the transaction in my payment section to the side (the red numbers vs green to the left hand side) H...

How long do you wait for a payment?

I am new to selling on ebay and up until now, have had very good buyers. I now have 2 items sold, and have sent 3 invoices to each person (separate transactions) as well as messages here on ebay. How long do I wait until I open a dispute?

What now?? Returned item to seller who is not responding !!!

Hello there. I am new to selling on ebay, so I took advantage of the free listing of 50 items in January. I've only listed and relisted 15 items, and it's showing I have 35 more I can list, but then I get a message that I've reached my limit for this...
