Havent recieved refund after money back garuantee (its almost been a month).

Seller sold item that broke under normal use in 30 days so Ebay closed the refund in my favor. However I havent recieved any refund.The seller also sarcastically told me congrats on the refund- but to not celebrate it. Did he close his paypal?

Oh geez I did recieve the refund. Do I need to send the item back now? I never recieved notification.
