I've had it two weeks before also, not much you can do. The seller
cannot do much at all. I've also had the same on another item then poof
it got delivered to me. You can ask Pitney Bowes in Toronto if they can
help.
Those type of tubes may or may not have mercury in them. GSP cannot tell
so poof, no ship. Another seller complained when his old oil lantern was
refused to ship. It was clean as a whistle but GSP does not care, at one
time it had oil in it. Sad
